Individuals or companies that provide, manufacture, distribute, or sell products, equipment, materials, technology, or services to the thermal energy, geothermal, drilling, construction, engineering, or building industries.

Individuals who design, specify, purchase, manage, develop, finance, regulate, own, install, operate, or maintain thermal energy systems and projects, as well as apprentices and students preparing to enter the industry. This includes contractors, drillers, engineers, architects, utilities, project owners and developers, government agencies, facility professionals, investors, and members of skilled trades.

Attendees that register as a group receive the discount rate if there are 3 or more attendees. Group registrations must be made consecutively with the same method of payment (1 person registers the entire group). All registrations must be for the same package-type.

Members of the media wishing to obtain a press badge for Ground2Grid Thermal Energy Summit  must submit a formal request to bnp@executivevents.com.
Requests must include your official press credentials and recently published articles that demonstrate coverage of subject matter relevant to the event.
Submissions lacking sufficient verification of media affiliation will not be considered.

All press badge requests must be received no later than Friday June 4, 2027. Requests submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Press badge requests will not be considered, reviewed, approved, or issued on-site.

Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund on registration rates. No refund or credit of any type will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. All cancellations must be made by the registered attendee by contacting BNP Event Registration Services at bnp@executivevents.com or 844-644-7449. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
